Super, efficient and friendly customer service from Sue. I rang with a vague description of a photo frame I'd seen in August (!) and wished ever since that I'd bought it. Sue identified the frame and searched both the Porthmadog shop and the Pwllheli shop for it. She then text me a photo of it and is now sending it to me. I'm impressed and delighted by both the beautiful products in your shop but mainly by the incredible desire to help and please your customers. Service above and beyond. Thank you so much Sue xx

  This shop is absolutely amazing!!! I went in twice whilst on holiday this week and bought 2 necklaces,5 bracelets 9 (for gifts) and a few keyrings/trinkets I love this place!!! Cant wait to come back in October to buy more xx

  Terrible range of gifts, no hand sanitiser or distancing measures taken making me feel worried throughout my time inside. When I asked if steps were being taken and was told covid doesn’t exist and if I don’t like it I could shop elsewhere. Never again!!!

  After I had a bit of a glitch with emails I have had super customer after sales service from Carys the owner. She has gone out of her way to resolve the problem and to say I am delighted with the results is an understatement.   I love this shop every time I visit Porthmadog I go to check what they have had many new home accessories and. Pat recently my new handbag I have my eye on a clock and will be visiting again in next couple of weeks so I think I will be popping by again. Friendly staff too

WOW what amazing customer service !!!! Sue has gone above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough. Not only did she find and order me a necklace I thought was no longer being produced but she posted it the same day and I received it the following day. That for me is amazing customer service. I was delighted with the parcel I received and the extra special gift inside. Thank you so much Sue. Can’t wait to see you on my next visit 😀

  Would like to say how wonderful the ladies at this beautiful shop are. My mother in law saw a necklace she liked but wouldn’t allow me to buy it on the day. I emailed the ladies asking if they would keep hold of it for me. They went above and beyond and actually posted it out to my home address. It arrived today and she couldn’t be happier with it! 🙂. So thank you for all your help.. I will be back soon to your shop. I highly recommend you for your customer service and your shop has lovely items that I’ve already got my eye on for Christmas presents.
